- What
will it cost me to route my call traffic?
There
is no set up costs or on going charges for accessing Intercells
system. You simply pay for the cost of the calls.
- Is
there a minimum contract period?
There
is no minimum contract period if you are not 100%
happy just stop using them!
- Will
my phone number or hardware change?
Your
numbers will remain unchanged, as you will still be on the
BT network, as it just needs your existing hardware.
- Will
my staff notice any difference?
No.
They will not notice any change in speed, quality or method.
- Does
the system handle every call including local?
The
system will handle all calls including local except for
999,192, directory inquiries, speaking clock etc, all of
which will remain with BT.
- Can
you provide extension billing?
Yes,
for clients with sufficient call spend, as additional free
equipment will need to be installed on site.
