- What
will it cost me to route my call traffic through Intercell?
There
is no set up costs or on going charges for accessing Intercells
system. You simply pay for the cost of the calls.
- Is
there a minimum contract period?
There
is no minimum contract period if your not 100% happy just
stop using them!
- Will
my phone number or hardware change?
Your
numbers will remain unchanged, as you will still be on the BT
network, and Intercell will use all your existing hardware.
- Will
my staff notice any difference?
No.
They will not notice any change in speed, quality or method.
- Will
Intercell handle every call including local?
Intercell
will handle all calls including local except for 999,192, directory
enquiries, speaking clock etc, all of which will remain with BT
- What
is IBIS?
This is a free service provided to any client who does not
want their bills on paper. It is ideal for clients with multiple
sites home workers. or cost centres. As well as consolidating
all call traffic data, it very simply allows analysis by line,
site or cost centre, in terms of cost, duration or frequency.
Analysis can be viewed in tabular form, graphically or exported
into any other package. Of the standard reports available, a specific
in-depth analysis of cellular traffic is available which can lead
to further savings by the installation of additional routing equipment.
- Can
you provide extension billing?
Yes,
for clients with sufficient call spend, as additional free equipment
will need to be installed on site.
