Returnload.com was concieved to help the logistics industry to maximise profits with the launch of Europes premiere load matching sevice. Now, with the launch of ReturnloadTelecom - in association with Intercell Communications Limited, we aim to save you money by offering a discount telephony service with savings of up to 76% on BT rates.

The Benefits
  • No set up or ongoing additional service/equipment costs
  • Uses your existing equipment and telephone numbers (Intercell will either pay your existing maintainer to reprogram your internal software or install additional hardware externally.
  • You will notice no changes in the Dialling method, quality or speed on any call, including local - (ideal for ISDN traffic).
  • Consolidates multiple sites.
  • You receive just one monthly, itemised bill - on paper or disk. This can be broken down by individual telephone numbers or your chosen cost centres – charged to the nearest second.
  • Land line and cellular bills can be combined together.
  • One pence minimum call charge - 40% of calls finish in BT’s minimum period and cost 4.2p. Therefore a 1p call saves you up to 76% (Oftel stat)
  • No long term binding contracts - only 30 days notice is required (NO NOTICE IS REQUIRED IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SATISFIED WITH OUR QUALITY). There are no penalties or costs for reverting to your original carrier.

To Qualify

All we ask is the following.

  1. That you register here at www.Returnload.com. This is free to both hauliers and distributors and takes about 60 seconds. You will then have access to Europe's premier load matching service.
  2. That your average monthly call spend, excluding services ie. line rental & call divert is over £80.
  3. That all ReturnloadTelecom accounts with a call spend of under £250 per month are paid by direct debit.All DIrect Debit payments are taken by Intercell Communications Limited.
